Get Array Sub Indices Node

Returns an array that contains the indices (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Array#Indexing) of the array connected to the Array input port. For example, if the input array has size = 10, then the output array will be [0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9].
