Known Problems
Softimage - dotXSI & COLLADA
- UDEV00237609 - COLLADA: XSI® export material name that contains period causes other applications like Maya®, 3ds Max®, Feeling Viewer and FX Composer to crash
- UDEV00235874 - COLLADA: Crash exporting a cgFX Material not formated for COLLADA
- UDEV00247997 - COLLADA: On import of SketchUp files: Z fighting on every polygon in the 3D view
- Workaround: Turn ON backface culling in the “Camera Display / Performance” tab. Display > Display Options (All Camera).
- UDEV00247994 - COLLADA: On import of some Cinema4D files: XSI does not like near clip plane of 0
- Workaround: Set the imported camera near clip plane to 0.01 manually.
- UDEV00234563 - COLLADA: Wrong base pose with negative scaling on bones
